Half of my order was missing. Can't contact customer services.
Half of my order was missing from the delivery, though I have been charged for the whole order. There is no way to contact customer services: their online chat is not there anymore, and their phone line immediately disconnects you.
Still no refund
Bought some lovely trainers unfortunately too small and no stock of the next size. Sent them back and 4 weeks later still no refund. I emailed customer service and nothing. I know companies are busy but I’ve never waited this long for a refund. Puts me off ordering again which is a shame because I like their products.

Missing items in my delivery, they claimed it was couriers fault and to contact them directly then proceeded to not respond to any follow up emails, looks like ive wasted my money at under armour

Offering deals on advertising through various sites I’m looking at, ordered a duffel bag to go on holiday, didn’t show up for over a week then they messaged me saying they are going to refund me because there out of stock. I go on holiday tomorrow and I have no bag! Never ordering from this company again.

Bought some UA Lockdown 5’s great price…
Bought some UA Lockdown 5’s great price and a brilliant pair of ankle top trainers , I was unable to walk for 12 years and in a wheelchair so after life changing surgery and my efforts in the gym I needed something good on my feet , as that long without feeling in your legs and feet makes your your nerves pretty shot , so I always go half size up because of my issues and they are lovely to wear and look great too , if I hadn’t my feet would go numb .
Love the clothing too and save up for another pair . Delivered in 2 days and my experience was excellent
I'm gutted
I'm gutted, bought a pair of Hovr online which eventually came. They said UK size 8 on the tongue so went for a run but they felt a bit wrong. On closer inspection they are a 42.5 which is basically a 9, they are to big but now I can't send them back as I have worn them. F##£IN NIGHTMARE DON'T USE THESE ONLINE THEIR SIZES ARE ALL WRONG

Best avoid these clowns
Ordered an item for picking up in a local newsagents, got email that it was despatched, no email that it was ready to pick up. Went to shop a couple of days later, no sign of package. Checked tracking to find it arrived in the shop the next day, was there less than one day before being picked up saying number of days to pick up had been exceeded. What a joke. Now long wait for a refund

If there was a 0 star under armour…
If there was a 0 star under armour would get it. I love UA clothes, however I normally buy from a shop. Having seen the sale I thought I would purchase online... it has now been 11 days and my clothes have not been picked and packed yet, still in the warehouse. Customer service reply with the same automatic message. Terrible service! I can't believe that a company so big and reputable can't pack 9 items within 11 days... never had this problem before but they have took my hard earned money and provided me with nothing! And the fact no one is there to sort it out infuriates me. They say there is a delay due to high demand yet still email me promotions to order again... oh yeah, very likely!!!! Don't do it guys...

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service, very slow to respond to emails if you get a reply at all. Incredibly slow dispatch time's. Clothing quality is good albeit over priced for what you're getting, especially the project rock stuff. It's the same quality as the rest of the Under Armour gear so why the mark up in price, because you slapped a retired wrestlers logo on it. There are better online retailers out there to spend your hard earned money on, retailers who understand the importance of good customer service

Very cheap quality and UAE Seller is selling Copy items…
Totally agree with all the negative responses listed below. Ordered items a week ago, they took the money and delivered cheap quality shoe, and UAE Seller is selling, Duplicate items, and I have returned but still no updates a week later.
I asked about returns a week ago and they have yet to answer

Clothes are ok with good quality but…
Clothes are ok with good quality but god help you if you want to return anything as their customer service is non existent.
Emails go 3 weeks until replied and then they ask you pointless questions about what you returned, even though all this information is given via their return portal.
Chat function is controlled via Holland and as soon as they found out I was in UK I was cut off, a real chip on shoulder job. Customer service number is non existent and is cut off.
Going to get my credit cards company to sort my refund as I have no faith in UA doing anything.
